1962 Ranch Home Facelift

Another project in Mesa del Mar, this home sits right on entry to the neighborhood and draws a ton of compliments for its attention to detail.  We stripped away all of the old "cottage" elements to modernize the facade, added a killer 4' wide front door made of natural wood to match the new wood posts, layered on unique lighting and topped it off with a coat of fresh paint.

The interior of the home got a make-over as well with a new walk-in closet for the primary and custom home touches throughout, like a vaulted ceiling with an exposed glu-lam beam, built-in shelves with a secret office entry, and a waterfall table to finish off the kitchen counters.
